**As of 24th August 2011, the Venice city council has applied a city tax to be paid directly to the hotel (2.50 per person/per night). Children up to 10 years old are exempted. The city tax is not applied beyond the 6th night stay.**

The apartment is not equipped by air conditioning, anyway it’s very fresh thanks to its particular location. The apartment is equipped with television, washing machine, dishwasher, microwaves oven and independent heating.
