Apartment Gasparo

**As of 24th August 2011, the Venice city council has applied a city tax to be paid directly to the hotel (2.50 per person/per night). Children up to 10 years old are exempted. The city tax is not applied beyond the 6th night stay.**


From the apartment, walking through the picturesque narrow streets, you can easily reach the Strada Nova, with all its shops and restaurants, and then the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square, the heart of the city. The proximity to the vaporetto stop of "Madonna dell’Orto" (100 mt.) allows you to reach the apartment from the airport in just 30 minutes, or use the public service for easy access to major historical attractions of Venice (Piazza S . Marco, Rialto, Fenice, etc.). The apartment, completely restored in 2009 with a modern style, is on two floors. On the ground floor there are the living area, that includes entry, large living room with sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a exclusive courtyard equipped with a small table with chairs. Upstairs there is the sleeping area with one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, safe, hairdryer and iron and ironing board.
