All the 28 apartments have modern furniture and are equipped with any comfort.
All the apartment are modernly equipped with private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with kitchenware, fridge, sheets, heating, TV color and wireless connection free.
The use of the internet wireless connection and the private parking are completely free.

Two apartments are accessible for disabled and in fifteen apartments there is air conditioning.

The use of the private parking is included in the price, and it's also included a weekly cleaning of the room at the end of the stay. At the beginning of the saty apartments are provided by sheets and towels. Each extra cleaning can be booked without limit on the number of extra cleaning, but it will be charged 15,00 Euros.
