Padova or Padua is a city in Veneto or Venetia in northern Italy. The picturesque city is Lacated 40 km west of Venice, as the Padova-Venice Metropolitan, lined with a dense network of arcaded streets opening into large collective piazze (many piazza(s) in Italian), and many bridges crossing the various branches of the Bacchiglione, which once surrounded the ancient walls like a moat.
