The 58 apartments are spacious and bright, equipped with every modern amenity to ensure that your stay is pleasant and comfortable. The Residence is situated within two 5-storey private buildings, connected by our spacious private parking and garage.

Each CLASSIC apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchenette, private bathroom, an individual entrance and a private furnished terrace. The apartment can host one or two people and consists of a bed/living room, with a host of facilities. The SUPERIOR apartment can host till 3 people and offers a separate fully-furnished kitchen.

Each BILO DELUXE apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and private bathroom and all are soundproof. Each apartment has an individual entrance and a private terrace. These apartments can host one to four people and consist of a bedroom, a living room with double sofa-bed, with a host of facilities.

The TRILO DELUXE en suite apartments are suitable for one to six people. They offer two bedrooms, a living room with double sofa-bed and a fully furnished kitchen, independent entrance and private terrace area.
