Check in instructions: As of 01st July 2011, the Florence city council has applied a city tax equal to 4 eur per person per night to be paid directly to the hotel. Children up to 10 years old are exempted. The city tax will not be applied beyond the 10th night stay.

Getting there: Autostrada A1 – uscita/exit – Firenze/Florence – Sud/South
After the toll-booth Firenze Sud continue to the end of junction. At the traffic light turn to the left and continue along the river Arno. After approximately 3 kilometers turn to the right,where begins Viali di Circonvallazione (viale Giovanni Amendola).At the first set of traffic lights turn left into Viale Duca d’Abruzzi ,maintaining your position on the right to go into an “S” for entrance into the historical centre from Via dell’Agnolo. At the end of Via dell’Agnolo turn right into via Verdi,at the traffic lights (Piazza Salvemini) turn to the left into Via S.Egidio. Continue over Via Bufalini for Via de’Pucci.
The access for the car is found in the first few meters from the traffic lights at the number 51/r Via de’ Pucci.

The exit Firenze Nord (Florence North) (A1 or A11)
Continue straight ahead for about 3 kilometers.Follow the indications for the road to Viali di Circonvallazione and La Fortezza da Basso. Travel along Viale Guidoni ,turn to the right into Viale Enrico Forlanini.
Continue over Via di Novoli and Viale Francesco Redi and then turn right when you arrive at Viale Belfiore and then immediately on your left into Via Guido Monaco.From Via Guido Monaco turn to the left into Viale Fratelli Rosselli and go beyond the underpass (oppure tunnel) ,following the obligatory route alongside the Fortezza da Basso to Viale Spartaco Lavagnini. Continue along the roads to Piazza della Libertà.At the joint of Piazza della Libertà keep strictly to the right to enter into Via Cavour. Follow straight along Via Cavour and beyond Piazza San Marco (which will be on your left).
Follow another 400 meters approximately to the traffic lights at the front of Palazzo Medici Riccardi,where on your left you will find the Hotel Fenice Palace.

Parking: We don't have a private car parking, we cooperate with a garage nearby that offers a valet service to and from the hotel. The cost is 30 euros per night (from you arrival until 1 pm the day after)
