Check in instructions: As of 01st July 2011, the Florence city council has applied a city tax equal to 3 eur per person per night to be paid directly to the hotel. Children up to 10 years old are exempted. The city tax will not be applied beyond the 10th night stay.

Getting there: The hotel is located between the Duomo and Piazza San Marco, and it may be reached by car following the directions for 'Centro' from the freeway exits.
From the airport by taxi (5 kms).
Arriving at the Santa Maria Novella train station you may catch buses 7, 10, 31, 32 get off in Piazza San Marco and walk back a little bit. It is also possible to walk from the train station, in this case get to Duomo and turn left into Via Martelli, Via Cavour is a continuation of Via Martelli. The hotel is on the left hand side number 21blue. (N.B. In Florence the street numbers can be blue or red.)
Parking: Although the hotel is accessible by car, parking is not possible. We recommend either the Parterre (at Piazza della Libertà) a short walk from the hotel at 18 Euro a day, or a garage closer to the hotel with pick up and delivery service to and from the hotel. The rates here go from 20 to 24 Euro a day. The rate depends on the type of car.
