**As of 01st July 2011, the Florence city council has applied a city tax equal to 4 eur per person per night to be paid directly to the hotel. Children up to 10 years old are exempted. The city tax will not be applied beyond the 10th night stay.**

The building was previously home to the "Accademia dei Risoluti", which gave birth to the theatre named "Alfieri". On the main gate there is an engraving of the "Cavallo Sfrenato" ( the galloping horse) symbol of the "Accademia dei Risoluti" whose motto was "valoroso destrier passa e non cura", (brave horse passing without fear). ... [+] More In the building there are two modern elevators to get to the apartments. In front of the building there is car parking for about 12 cars at special price of 15€/day. Inside there is a reception area to receive and assist guest.
