Hotel was in a very bad state. I got my room upgraded to a suite as they did not have the king size bed i requested for. The check in took nearly an hour and yet I had a bathroom with a choked Toilet that flooded the whole bathroom with waste. When I requested for an iron and ironing board; it took an hour for the staff to arrive with an ironing cloth and NO iron. Service with a smile but nobody understood what we needed and when we wanted. Restaurant closed throughout lunch time till dinner. No food available form noon to evening in any restaurant in the hotel. Very disappointing very shocking. I checked out first thing in the morning the very next day of my arrival.
