Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel and Residence

The hotel breakfast was not bad. Shuttle to near by shopping centre good. Aircon in room not cold. Swimming pool not attended, called for towels,after 1 hour still no towels. Reception over charged me when I checked in and offered to refund me by payment. Instead of just refunding me the over paid amount or cancelling the amount charge to my debit card. The reception tried to bill The correct amount with out cancelling the previous charge to my debit card. As, I only set a limit to my debit card for daily transactions The debit card was rejected the 2nd time. To make everything easy I paid cash for the room. Up to today, the hotel has not refunded me the overpaid amount! Concierge very helpful.

when i checked in i settle my first booking and left my debit card as guarantee. i extended my stay for a further 2 days. i informed that i had a made a second bookings with latestays. and whether it was possible to settle the balance of the extra nights accommodation & food when i leave, reception agreed. the next day i was ill in my bedroom with fever. they asked me to come down to pay all current outstanding charges! they call me on 3 separate occasion. they made feel like i was going to run without paying!!

Need to tell the truth about the location and how to go Mangga Dua Shopping Mall by a two or three minuts taxi .
