As part of the in-room quality experience enhancement program, all Riani Wing rooms and suites as well as the Aqua Pool will be temporary unavailable from the middle of May 2012 until the middle of November 2012 (estimated).

As such, the resort will scale down the available number of guest rooms and suites. On the other hand, Tirta Wing accommodation, Emerald Pool and the remaining services and facilities are fully operational and not affected by the enhancement program.

We acknowledge that occasional light noise might cause some inconvenience. Enhancement works will normally take place between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. All noise related work will be done within this time and minimal disturbance will be caused being Tirta Wing far away from Riani Wing.
