The hotel was beautiful and the staff were excellent. They were always ready and available to answer questions and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside to the hotel is its far location from the downtown area of Kuta. There is a beach nearby that is beautiful, but if you want to do any eating or shopping in town, you have to take a prescheduled shuttle trip to town that takes about 30 minutes.
