A restaurant featuring fusion cuisine of East and West selected from Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Mediterranean, and Balinese dishes. Our cooks were sent to Thailand, Italy, Vietnam, & Japan for learning & cooking. For Chinese cooking, two cooks learned Shandong style cooking at first-hand from the cooks from the Northeastern Region in Bangkok (formerly Manchuria).
