I had to wait a day for confirmation. I also was unable to pay my deposit with American Express (had to use Visa or Mastercard). At the hotel however, I could pay with AMEX and that also gave a 20% discount on food and spa treatments.
Excellent services!
The hotel is beautiful, the service is amazing, the rooms are big and really well appointed, and the breakfast and afternoon tea are great. one of the most scenic pools going around too.
