Awful. I want my money bacck. This is a back packer hotel charging a four star rate in Ubud. No hot water for most of our stay and we had to check out early. Also very dirty bathroom and overall not together. Also managment try and sell you all sorts of tours that I wasn't really interested in but for this money I expect a great deal more!
