Good hotel for facility & services such as flat tv, cable tv 2-3 channel in English, wi fi in public area, warm water (sometime isn't warm), night decoration in hotel area, pool, spa (but a bit expensive) , tasty foods from restaurant (recommend) , 4-5 choice of breakfast style with enough portion,room is cleaned everyday, surround with many good restaurants and close to monkey forest about 10-15 minute walk. The disadvantage is only far from Ubud market need to walk about 30 minute , so better to take taxi or motorbike.

The hotel was apparently done up in 2010- it was previously dated serviced apartments. It seems that after puitting in nice gardens they ran out of money to do up the rooms. The rooms are unsecured mosquito infested dives with cockraoches in th bathrooms, rats in the central eating area and mould all over the ceilings. It may be suitable for $10-$15 backpacker accomodation but it is not worth what is charged. It is also a fair distance out of town right on a main raod. Saying that, staff were nice and tried to assist where they could
