1. NOT close to Ubud - 30-40 minutes. Website said within walking distance to the Monkey Forest Sanctuary. 2. No WiFi in the rooms, as was indicated by the website -- only available in the office and was spotty at best. 3. Rats in the eating area and in the rooms and roosters that crowed ALL NIGHT LONG. 4. Bathroom was old and the water smelled like Sulfer. 5. Bathtub was filthy! 6. Towels were old and small. 6. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. 7. Grounds were beautiful.

i love the ambience of the hotel!it is simply perfect!very privacy especially for honeymooners like me, n the plunge pool n garden were terrific! the services given were very good n the villas make u feel at home, plus the beautiful scenery.
