Service was good at the hotel, people were friendly and helpful. One thing to note though, there were many mosquitoes, the burning of the coils and cream didnt really work and we had to put on mosquito patches as well to reduce getting bitten. Not sure why because the villa I stayed at previously in Bali didnt have that many mosquitoes.

3 rats and not the small size one in the living quarter - at the Villa. We asked to have a trap to be placed but even the last day, nothing was done.
