Room was clean however thye hotel needs maintenance, showing signs of age and lack of up-keep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice and clean. The Spa services were below expectations for both my wife and I, with better value for money at other spa's on offer in abundance. They could do with having a "Kid's Club" to make if more family friendly. Generally though, we were not unhappy with our experience at this hotel.
