We were very disappointed with our stay at Sanur Beach Hotel. Although we had booked a Deluxe Garden View room but we were put in an annex part of the hotel. The room was dirty and when I had a shower for the first time lot of insects came out of the drain. After complaining few times they changed our room to a better one, but already half of our stayed had gone. What a waste!!!!!
Staff were very friendly
I loved this quiet spot. Very nice rooms and lovely staff. Stayed on the West Coast later, but would never go back there. However, I would absolutely stay here again and again, as most people I met were return visitors.
