The Oasis Beach Benoa is a stunning & contemporary designed beach-front resort in Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua area. It is only 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. A U shape building with the center of masterpiece 70 meters pool is surrounded by landscaping & views of Nusa Penida island and Indian Ocean.
There are 118 guest rooms with several categories guests can choose; 83 Superior rooms with shower only at 32 m2, 24 Deluxe rooms with shower and bathtub at 36 m2, 5 Ocean Suite at 70 m2 with king size bed, large bathroom, 29" flat screen TV & separate shower or 2 Pool Suite at 150 m2 with king size bed, large private pool, private beach access, separate shower indoor & outdoor & DVD stereo. Prices in Hotel restuarang was to expensive. Same quality on another restaurang to half price.
Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and the location is very nice right on the beach
I was extremely disappointment, so much as to say my blood boiled. I read with hesitation before I booked the same experience happened to someone else. We sat at the a reception and were told that booking was not received even after handing them a piece of paper stating that in had been confirmed 7days ago. After a few hours they apologized and said that because they had made mistake, they would move us to Bali Tropics free of charge. fine, half the day was gone trying to sort this out, we just wanted to relax. Got to Bali Tropics, it was far too big, which did not suit my injured ankle, I had to hop around a huge garden before we even got to the elevator to get to the room. NOT good at all. On top of this I felt like w were moved to the geriatrics ward, which is not what I bought into.
Then we get sent a bill being charge more than we were suppose to pay for a hotel we did not want to be in even after Oasis Said that they would pay for the inconvenience, so you can see how Pissed of I was so we marched down to Oasis to lay into the operations manager who still felt we should pay for a hotel we did not want to be in. So we finally came to an agreement that we would not pay, however by this stage my holidays was nearing ruins, my girl friend and then decided to leave, there was no point staying on somewhere where there w a genuine feeling of not being wanted. Oasis Hotel, was certainly the most shocking experience in Bali.
