Service in the lounge - some of them were good, but most of them lacked service...they forgot what we had ordered, they did not ask us for new orders, they were not able to fill the buffet when food or cutleries were empty.
Exterior of hotel - fantastic, but huge! Should have been more signs as we got lost a several times.
Customer relations - asked them about what kind of activities they had during the week, the struggeled to find the copies of the sheets, and they could not tell about prices etc.
Internet - poor quality. Not high speed. also, they charged approx 15 hours a day. However, they did not tell us that by sitting in the lounge, we were given at least 24 hours complementary.
Breakfast in lounge - good, but not too much to choose from. not even anyone preparing fresh omeletts or my daily sunny-side-up egg! (and this is a 5 star!!)

Top notch hotel in Bali with beautiful beachfront, and well maintained rooms.
However it is very sprawling and has to walk long distances to room from lobby or dining area.

The hotel was quite, just what we needed. Pleanty of restaurants to choose from without leaving the hotel. Bali Collection Mall just across the road for shoping. The grounds are big and beautiful, pleanty to do if you have kids holidaying with you.
