Check in was ok this time, because the staff remembered me. Check out is ALWAYS difficult because you must go to the main hotel lobby. Check out was difficult because the staff insisted I must pay, despite having a voucher from LateStays stapled to the other papers.
Be patient with check in and check out!
Although the hotel is located at the beach the room i was assigned was very far from beach, i found the description misleading. It was as if the room i was given was second rate to other rooms in the hotel. poor room condition, stained bath, stained towels, dirty toilet, sink & kitchen. Power went off every day i stayed there causing A/C to fail. leaky ceilings in hallways. For the premium price paid i believe this room was very sub standard!
