The Hotel is quite a distance From the Kuta Beach. Room and bathroom very small, just enough to move around for smaller size people. Do not get the room next to the main road, very noisy all hours of the day and night. Breakfast is OK, but the view from the roof terrace is nice. Hotel staff friendly. WiFi suppose to work in the room but not really so. Room lighting too dim, unable to read. That is the biggest letdown, especially traveller need to read to plan their journey.
It is a nice new hotel, very near to the party places in legian. Love the outlook of the lobby and the breakfast/lounge area (has a great view of the mt. batur). Thought the breakfast could be of a better spread; it's the same for the 5days im there. Just 1 unhappy thing is, upon check-out, we have extra "room charges" which we werent inform of during arrival and there's no explanation as of what that room charge is. We have not taken anything from the minibar or order room service. We have only asked to clean our room once and have called reception for an iron to be delivered to our room. Is that what the extra "room charge" is for? They did not even explain what that "room charge" is and keep insisting i have that amt to settle, despite me asking several times because i have definitely paid the full sum upon check-in. Oh what the hell, I paid eventually. Im not sure if anyone experience this as well.
