Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, good sized room, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
Ramada Resort is located at Legian beach which is two minutes walk from the hotel. In all, this is a good hotel, however, one can find better hotels in the same price. Or, pay lower price for a similar hotel. Rooms are okay, clean and are spacious. Pillows are not comfortable at all. So, if you are tired of all swimming and traveling, you may not get a nice sleep if you need a pillow. Bathrooms are clean. Airconditioning sucks. Breakfast is good and has variety. Room Service is good as well. Staff speaks good English and are very polite and very friendly. They have a large pool and water is pretty clean. In all, it is not a bad idea to stay at this hotel. There are restaurants and Internet shops all around this area, so food or communication is not an issue. Hotel staff can arrange for hire-cars which is not expensive as well. We hired a guy called Wayan and he was excellent. He has good English and for a driver, he is very knowledgeable. It was indeed a great idea to have him driving as we did not need a guide.

The staff at the Ramada Resort Camakila are very friendly and helpful. The service provided is excellent from the time of arrival to departure. For my sons weeding the presentation of the venue, the reception and service exceeded my expectation.
