excellent hotel, smal enough to be personal and had all the amenities. The setting is a tranquil oasis with flowering trees, beautiful landscaping. the staff was superb, so kind and service oriented.
Very nice hotel in an excellent location and reasonable price. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Booked for Lanai Room which I heard was newly renovated but was "bump up" to the Villa Room which is supposedly better. Found too many mosquitoes in the room. Had mosquitoe bites which affected our first night in the room since we did not use the insect cover that was provided around the bed. 2nd night with the cover we did not have any problems. However, there are still too many mosquitoes in the room and especially the toilet area. Theres a potted plant at the back which had lots of mosquitoes. However, the location of the hotel was great. It is really close to the beach and is slightly away from the main kuta area which is too crowded. 5-10 mins walk away and you will get decently priced food and drinks. Would suggest renting a scooter if staying here if you want to get to the Jln Legian or Jln Kuta area for shopping.
