This hotel was great to stay at & the place in real life matched the pictures on their website. The staff were very friendly and helpful and absolutely fantastic with our 1 year old. The rooms were very good (cot was good & very clean), breakfast buffet was excellent (and they have vegemite for the aussies). Pool was good but could do with some shade sails over the shallow/kid end however the pool lounges had good shade for the most part and were very comfortable to "lounge" on :). Mozzies were also not a problem at this hotel!
The bar and restuarnt staff were good the front desk and back office staff not so good. The a/c failed and had to wait 24hr for repair. The management said sorry on check out!!. The cost of food and beverages ar excessive for this kind of hotel
