The best thing about this hotel are the staff.....always friendly and accomodating. They make a point of knowing your name thus making you feel a bit special. The staff at the Envy bar are particularly responsive to your experience. The superior rooms were large enough inside but the balconey is almost too small (only 1 person can sit there). The housekeeping department needs some improvements since they did a turndown service only once in my stay and ignored the electronic signal to make up the rooms. The pool and facilities are top notch and the beach is especially clean and attractive. For the price I paid, it was definately of value.
I would recommend your hotel to friends of mine but with the points I have hi-lighted
