perfectly fine hotel for the money. Would stay at Hidden Oasis again. Somewhat noisy during the day but once the shops close down below on the ground level courtyard things quiet down.
A reasonable place to stay but the location of the traders and shopkeepers in the hotel entrance and their constant attempts to persuade you to buy whenever you pass is very wearing. Some rooms have open plan toilets which can be a litte distressing to the faint of heart. The young male staff were perhaps more concerned with entertaing rather than service. It was cheap-ish, central but could have been a lot better.
The hotel had power outage when we arrived and normalised after 15 minutes. The assistance from the hotel staff was good. We were surprised that we got twin-bed room instead of double room as what we reserved. We insisted that we want the double room cause we had paid for it. The manager apologised and upgrade us to family room where we got more than we paid for - 2 double bed plus 1 single bed. Nice customer service. The hotel is very near to the beach, we found out later the next morning.
