I am really very disappointed with the service given to our hotel ... is it because we booked through the internet so get any improper conduct ?
Decent hotel well located right across the Kuta beach.
Can do with little sprucing up as it looks dated.
Wanted to extend the stay by a day but was aske to again book on the internet which I did
