Very nice property and facilities, however service is mediocre, and not enough attention is paid to details. Wait times for service at breakfast and at pool can be too long. There is no actual beach at the hotel, just a breakwater, and the beach next to the hotel is un-swimmable, it's covered in trash.

Poor check in service, i waited for 2.30 hours to get a room. My colleague waited till 4.30 but still no room end up having to go to other hotel next door. Pricing is crazy, not value for money. Clinic service was poor, doctor not professional and medical fee you can get specialist treatment elsewhere. My worst experience staying in a hotel. You cannot order a meal if your bill exceed the deposit you paid during check in. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional!

The hotel room - ocean facing room is excellent. The seating at the sea front restaurant is very comfortable and the food were fine with good value. Staff are polite and provide prompt service. The location next to the shopping mall is convenient. Ice were provided & clean.
Constructive comments for improvement=>
1) hotel should consider having female as the cleaner
2) first day towels were a bit old. Second & third day, the cleaner forgot small towels. Third day, the bathropes were unfolded.
3) quality of breakfast food overall is ok, the pineapple freshly cut and the fried eggs - Asian style was good. But the pork ball is of low quality & the juices could have taste better.
