Good location, nearby beach & Legian. Service & staffs were okay & friendly. However the room will need a lot of improvements in cleanliness & comfort especially the bathroom. Not ideal for family holiday stay.
When we checked in, the room is not cleaned. The floor is dirty with dust and food and not sweep. The bedsheets can see stains which cant be removed.
Toilet is worst! No water spray and tap in the toilet. the floor and walls have yellow stains. The hotel toilet is way much better than the room toilet.Our 3rd day in the hotel, there was no water at all. As we have last min shopping to do before checking out, we have to go out without taking a bath and brushing our teeth. Breakfast is nothing special. Went out for a second round of breakfast.

the rooms are a little old, but the location is very central to everything in Kuta
