hotel air con not cool. room smelly. room got lizard.
Great location but the hotel room is terrible, old and not clean, with lots of ants in the bathroom. I wud not stay in this hotel again.
This hotel is at Kuta. Just at the town area. Shopping is just few minutes walk. The hotel staff provides lots of information to tourist. They are friendly and helpful. Currently, the hotel swimming pool is under renovation. Just be patient of this. But there is still another swimming pool to have fun! Just 5 min walk or less to the beach. Food? no comment. I did not take the breakfast there. As my parents said that is as normal. In the hotel have Spa, but ask the information desk to get more info, there are other places that could fullfill your requirement. One more thing! i took a family room, remind to whom that want to book for a family room. Family room is for 2 ADULTS ONLY and max 3 CHILDREN! So enjoY~!
