Great hotel. Excellent services from hotel staffs. All the staffs able to speak a good english. I can speak bahasa, so it's not a big deal. but well done to the staffs. most of the staffs will try to accommodate the request. night safari is good but not that great. overall is good. but for that price, it's expensive. elephant ride also expensive as i did not expect it to be that price.
we loved staying here, 2 nights is enough to see everything the only downfall is the swim-up pool bar only had beer and soft drink no cocktails, the 2 bedroom is great having 2 bathrooms was fantastic one for the kids and one for us, loved dining with the lions that was great and our 5 year old got to hand feed the deers outside our room and held a snake in the lobby at night,i would definitely stay here again
It was an absolutely amazing place to stay and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom. We only paid for breakfast for my daughters helper. The staff were magnificent, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. No cutlery or crockery in rooms and tiny fridge. Bit disappointed with that.
