Bali's provincial capital has a small town feel to it. A few department stores and shopping centres , (Tiara Dewata, Matahari Dept. Store, Ramayana, Tragia Super Market) hotels, the Bali Museum, Art Center, and Badung Market. International services, like banks, hospitals and some consulates are located here. While most visitors stay in the beach resort areas of Kuta, Jimbaran, Sanur, and Nusa Dua, or tranquil areas like Ubud, Candidasa, and Manggis, Denpasar city has some good facilities and accommodation.
