Jim Corbett National Park is a famous tiger reserve located across three districts of Uttarakhand- Nainital, Pauri Garhwal, and Bijnore covering an area of 520 sq. km. Overall the forest reserves covers an area of 1318.54 sq. km, of which 496.54 sq. km is additional buffer forest area. The remaining 301.18 sq. km area is occupied by the Sonanadi wildlife sanctuary. The Jim Corbett National Park, India is most famous for the elusive Tiger but also has bountiful presence of deer, wild boar, and elephants amongst various others animals and birds.
