Lotus Suites is a 4 Star Businessmens Ecotel and the first of its kind in Asia. It is an ecotel not just in operational practices followed but also in the values used during construction stages. The hotel was built with cement called PPC - Portland Pozzalana which has 15-20pct fly ash and also the portlant slag cement. Bricks are used of extruded hollow cement. All wood is made from exterior grade of article board and made of the by product of bagasse. The plumbing is the Geberit concealed cistern which uses only 6 and 3 litres of water. The air-conditioning systems is on coding systems in BMS and conductive heat recovery wheel and a chiller plant that allows recycle of hot water. We are a near zero garbage hotel due to our own in house viticulture process and green supplier vendor procedures.
