Room facilities were well-maintained. However, the staff at the "Travel information counter" were rather unenthusiastic towards providing information not related to the packages provided by the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great if you like it busy, next to temple-str.market and Nathan road, 4 minutes to Yau Ma Tai -Station, frequent buses from Nathan road, taxi easy to get and cheap.Hotel provides shuttlebus.
The hotel goes through heavy renovation works and staying at your room during daytime for a nap gives you a hard time. Scaffolding work should end 31.7.09 ,but on checking out that day it looked like work will continue for at least another month.Rooms: I changed rooms twice on arrival. The first one at 5th floor was so noisy from scaffolding work outside and dirty and smelly( old carpet), they quickly offered me another room of same size further up (17floor?) , but still a not renovated smelly and dirty room on a smokers floor ( I´m nonsmoker).After complaining again I finally got a renovated room of ca.5 m2 with plastic wallpaper good new bathroom with tiles and proper fitting. A mini - fridge and a modern flat-TV,coffe&tea making facilities, effective aircon and modern card-type doorlock, safe and mirrors on the wall to make the tiny room look bigger. The renovated rooms are o.k. but for two people with luggage definitely too small!
After complete renovation this hotel might be a place to stay for a single traveler and eventually worth the money if they don´t rise prices. If you like to be in the middle of Kowloon´s busy corner the location is great.
