Overall is good. Location not very ideal. Hotel staffs mostly are very friendly, except for 1 of the front desk staff (female by the name of Melody) who did not smile at all even when hotel guests approach the front desk, not very proactive in greeting or asking the guests on their queries. Shower facility is great among the hotels I have stayed before. I want to commend on 1 of the staff there, Dennis Chui whose service is good.
This hotel is great. The conceige and service staff are courteous and better than expected. Althogh its location may pales in comparison as it is between 2 main MTR stations. But generally I may go back to same hotel again .
