location is unsatisfied. Far away from the mtr.
Great Hotel, service was to a very high standard. It has a English gentleman feel and large rooms.
To start with my check in experience was dismal. The lady had the worst attitude i have seen in a long time. She even gave me the worst room available. We had booked a city view room, but she gave us a room facing the internal shute and a generator. So i upgraded to a hrbour view room instead of arguing at a cost of US 50 a night. But it worked out well. The rest of the trip was good, the guest relations manager and rest of the staff were impecably behaved and the service was great. The hotel is nice and i would recommend it surely for the price. The harbour view is stunning. Location is almost good. Convienent enough. Great Value for money. I am not dissapointed with the choice.
