Hollywood Guest House

Lousy management and the staffs are very rude. They actually rent out the room to another guest even though my friend was still holding the key. We actually saw a stranger in his room when we came back after our tour. Apparently this is not the first time they do it. After that, they gave my friend a much smaller room and claimed it was a double bed. It was obvious that the replacement room was much smaller than the old one and the bed was more like a single bed to us.
It was total disaster experience and not reccomended especially if you are travelling alone.

Be careful if you book a room there. When we arrived the hotel was full so we were given a room in another hotel! No need to say that the room we had was not as good as the one booked. We were given no choice and no refund even after talking to the manager!

The price and location of this guest house are great. I would return to this hotel, except for two things. First, my second day, I returned to find my room door wide open and no one (i.e. staff) around, making me concerned about the security of my things (bag...). Second, the website says that this guest house has WIFI. It does NOT. It has a computer that you can pay to use, but there is no internet in the room.
