this hotel has lose out in terms of location, would recommend if they can renovate it to make it looks more appealing from the inside.. at least give a new paint or pull a carpet on the corridor.. other than this, the hotel was great with nice and helpful service staffs, spacious room and affordable price..
The Anne Black is showing its age - the foundation stone was laid in 1964. It needs some money spent on it. I cannot fault the cleanliness of the room but it was the little things that makes a place. We were given two lovely white towels but no shower mat or hand towels. The batteries in the TV remote did not work, neither in the torch they supplied. The noise from busy outside Kowloon comes through the air conditioning unit. The door returns quickly and bangs shut so when the people from the rest of the rooms returned later that night it was bang, bang, bang ad infinitum. There was WiFi in the lobby from the adjoining cafe.
