Located in city centre, Kowloon, 5 minutes walk away from Nathan Road. 35 minutes away from the airport. 5-7 mins walk to MTR station. Royal Plaza Hotel is also situated atop the Kowloon-Canton Railway Mongkok Station, a major transit to Mainland China. Ladies Market, Flower Market, Bird Garden and an 8-storey shopping centre are within walking distance. *Buffet breakfast is not included and costs HKD121 per person per day. *************************************************************** Sorry to inform that about the latest development at our hotel. Convenient location with lots of amenities nearby... staffs are friendly & helpful. Thumbs up and strongly recommended

2. Enquisite interiors and well furnished rooms with in-room amenities and facilities.
3. Top of the range Front Desk, Sightseeing and Health Club staff with immaculate manners.
4. Can revisit the Hotel Policy of posting a staff at the Lift entrance to check the Hotel key and Room Number of the guest each time he enters since it was a sight for sore eyes. Does not go well with the Hotel and its reputation. An electronic door with key access near the lift can be explored if at all there can be a solution to check intruders (like found the world over in other hotels).

This hotel far exceeded my expectations on all accounts: great location, large room, good facilities, lovely swimming pool - and all at a very reasonable price. Most importantly, the Royal Plaza seemed to be one of the few hotels in Hong Kong that could accommodate two adults and two children in one room (two double beds). Other hotels were either not clear on this point or wanted us to book two rooms, which would have been impractical and prohibitively expensive. I would really recommend this hotel, particularly for those with children.
