Location was good. 5 mins walk to Ladies Market area & Mongkok MTR station. My room (std twin) is a little small but sufficient just for sleeping.
Hotel is nice and clean. Desk staff is helpful.
room is small but i guess it is the size according to its price in HongKong.
Has good air-co, TV with chinese channels and a large safe (30 cm interior width), hot shower, toilet. Outdoor "traffic" is not noisy in the morning.
Internet (from plug in wall) is free, wifi internet is not free.
Only complaint is that if you are unlucky to have a neighbour (chinese of course) that makes a lot of noise AT NIGHT (talking on mobile, TV at max, shower/toilet water that KEEPS ON RUNNING) next to your head..yes, then you realise the walls are cheap material.
But this annoyance is akin to every Hotel (in HK) under 1500 HKD a night.
(and yes, almost each time I have a frikkin noisy jerk chinese neighbour >:( ) .
