The Novotel Century HK is functional. The bed is cumfy, the shower has plenty of hot water, there are a lot of room services options, kitchen is open late, staff are friendly and its in a good location easy to get around via taxi or MTR... everything you would expect.
There is no shine and polish to this hotel, however you are also not paying for it either. The room was small but perfectly functional... this hotel is one of those "does what it says on the tin" jobs. For the price it was a very good option for us for a weekend get away!

Excellent response to any queries. A lady called "Wisky" is excellent and can sort out any and every query imaginable! She can always be seen all over the hotel! Many thanks!
Good central location, near to tram stops. Rooms are clean and well equipped, but very limited in space.
