The hotel is clean, people are polite and friendly, but the room was not very good (especiall the bathroom); when I saw the pictures on the website I imagined something different.

Tiny room numbers on floor. Changing tub to shower a big effort.
Excellent security, management, service and above and beyond approach to customer satisfaction. No problem will be ignored and one is made to feel welcomed to ask solutions. Young, fresh, highly skilled team.
