Bastille Hotels

Bastille, a lively district of Paris, was historically an area of carpenters and wood workers. Now however, it is referred to as the fashion designers' district, with many local outlets, it’s a shopper’s delight. Riddled with restaurants, bars, night clubs and cafes it’s a great place to spend an evening partying the night away. On the ‘What’s to do?’ list, the Bastille fortress and prison is a ‘must’ on any visitors agenda, as are a visit to the Opera Bastille, wandering around the numerous art galleries or paying a visit to the Bals Musette (dance halls) of the 1930’s Gai Paris era.
