Cofresi Beach Hotels

Cofresi Beach is located close to Puerto Plata and was named arbitrarily after an infamous Puerto Rican pirate, Captain Roberto Cofresi. The beach is described as golden sandy, coral and rocks contented with shades of trees along the strand provided, some huts and umbrellas with full facility and sports and services, yet not too crowd. Close to Cofresi Beach is the Ocean World & Water Park which houses the world’s largest dolphin lagoon with a sea lion meet-and-greet claimed as the world’s best, while many visit here for the world’s first shark interaction pool. Check this out when the beach is boring. Coffee and cuisine here are great to try. Dominican coffee is second to only the Columbian.
