with the price and supposed boutique hotel standard, personal services in some areas should be improved. bath toiletries was not provided during my last 3 days of stay; housekeeping does not wash up coffee machine during their cleaning couple of times; even supply of sugar & creamer are not supplied when finished. door man does not shelter one from the rain to the taxi which is parked by the road and are not very attentive to attention and service.
