Getting there: From Baiyun International Airport :
It takes 45 minutes from the airport by hotel limousine, with prices starting at CNY700 one way per car. The Airport Express service from Baiyun International Airport to Pearl River New City takes approximately 50-60 minutes and costs CNY20 one way.

From Guangzhou East Railway Station:
It takes 15 minutes by hotel limousine(CNY250 net per trip) from Guangzhou East Railway Station to Grand Hyatt Guangzhou. Direct reservation with the hotel is required in advance. Taxis are also available at around CNY20 one way per car.

From China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex:
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus service from the Pazhou Complex to the hotel during the China Import and Export Fair; the journey takes only 15 minutes per trip. Taxis are also available at around CNY20-30 one way per car.

From MTR station:
The hotel is only 500m from Exit GT Land of the Zhujiang New Town MTR station.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available in Basement 3 and 4.
